All in all, it was nice base for travelling to Vila Nova de Gaia. The personnel was amiable and excellent as expected. The room was soundproof and spotless and the amenities included a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a multi-channel TV. The hotel had excellent location not far from the metro, bus and tram station, the cable car and bridge and cafes and restaurants along the way as well as next to the river.

The stay here was good on vacation. The hotel employees were amiable and excellent. Enjoyed how the soundproof and impeccably clean suite with electric blinds was arranged when we arrived. The location in a pretty nice area was excellent. Also, a historical square was 2 km away.
Facilities were great, even so Wi-Fi was quite slow.
